To enjoy: Put one half a dropper (½ ml)  in a 12 oz glass filled with water and ice will create a flavorful refreshing drink. Add more flavors, sweetener, and garnish of your liking: a lemon twist, fresh ginger, a sprig of rosemary or mint, a drop of honey.

Suggested Use

The most effective and economical way to take CBDMendo is by microdosing.

Take 4 to 5 drops (¼ ml) on top of the tongue (NOT underneath the tongue) one or more times per day. Because the alcohol goes directly into the bloodstream through the capillaries in the tongue, and because the cannabinoids are micronized for maximum absorption, the CBD travels in solution with the alcohol for immediate use in the body. By taking the low dose often you are maintaining the communication between the endocannabinoid system and the rest of the body.

There are 10mg CBD per 1mL tincture.
